Since its
inception in 1999, the aspiring artists from all over world are participating
in 24fps International Short Film Festival. This festival takes place in
Mumbai. The juries competition is open to any work made outside the major worldwide
film studio system. The time duration for movies is 3 minutes. They appreciate
the festival’s top films with the cash award.
MAAC Kolkata has always
been a participant of this event. Students from all the three centers; MAAC Chowringhee,
MAAC Rashbehari and MAAC Kankurgachi participates. Students from all the three
centers always make sure to grab a prize; this has resulted for all of
them to get a placement with different production houses. Proud Moment!
Every year they
provide with a new theme for movies. This year, 2016 the theme is MOMENTS.
Students from
MAAC Kolkata are working hard to bring the award home.
